How we work

Pay for room, not for features.
Every feature is included on every plan. When you grow, you pay for capacity and people, and you can see exactly what that costs before you start.
Small on purpose.
We’re independent and self-funded, with no investors to please. That keeps prices low and means we answer to the teams who use Relevate.

Our story
Why we started.
Independent and self-funded · Purmerend, Netherlands
Running a small company meant paying for an email tool, a CRM, a booking tool, a status page and a wiki, each with its own seats, its own login and its own idea of who your customers are. Most of the money went to features we never used.
So we started building the version we wanted: fast, plain, one list of people across everything, and priced so a team of three can use all of it for free. When you grow, you pay for room, not for a bigger feature list.
We’re not finished. Some products are in early access, and we build what the teams using Relevate ask for next. If something feels off, tell us; a real person reads every message.
