The fine print, in plain words.
Who needs a license?
Only people who work in Relevate. The first 3 are included on every plan, free or paid; after that each is $3 a month. One license covers every product, so nobody is charged twice. Viewers, guests and bots are free.
How does the multi-product discount work?
Two paid products take 5% off their prices, three 10%, four 15% and all five 20%. Email counts as one product. The discount is on product prices only, not on people, add-ons, usage or extra Email capacity.
What happens when I hit a limit?
Nothing stops by surprise. Email tops up automatically within the spending cap you set, with warnings at 80% and 100%. Status keeps going past what’s included, with a $10 cap you can change; at the cap, monitors slow to one check every 10 minutes instead of stopping. In the CRM and Pages everything stays usable; only adding new things pauses.
I only send email. Do I need a plan?
No. Pay as you go at $0.80 per 1,000 emails, from a $5 top-up, with no subscription.
Is paying yearly cheaper?
Yes: pay for 10 months and use 12. It works on top of the multi-product discount and covers products, people and add-ons. Usage is always billed monthly at full price.
Small team or just starting?
Teams of 10 or fewer, with under $1M in yearly revenue and under $1M in total funding, get 50% off products and people. It works on top of the multi-product discount (so up to 60% off), but instead of yearly billing. We review it every 12 months and give 3 months’ notice if you no longer qualify. Apply to the startup program.
What about AI and enrichment?
Every workspace gets 100 AI credits a month; more cost $5 per 1,000 and never expire. Enrichment is never sold separately: past your monthly priority allowance it keeps going in a slower queue, for free.
Do prices include tax?
No, prices are in US dollars and exclude tax. Limits can change with notice first, and what you’ve prepaid stays valid until your renewal.
