    Schedule

A calendar for everyone on your team

Schedule is where people book time with you. Now everyone also gets their own calendar there, right next to their booking page, so the meetings people book and the plans you make yourself are in one place.

Look at your day, week or month, add events that repeat, and invite people straight from an event. You'll see who said yes, and times stay right even when people are in different countries.

    Schedule

One booking page for your whole team

When a customer wants to talk to your team, you no longer have to pick a colleague and send their personal link. Share one page for the whole team, and Relevate books the meeting with whoever is free, sharing meetings out fairly.

You can also ask a question or two before someone picks a time, and send them to the right person based on their answers, so a new customer lands with sales and an existing one with support.

    Schedule

    Say where a meeting happens

When you plan a meeting, you can now say where it takes place: at an address, or on a video call. Pick video and Relevate creates the call link and puts it in the invitation, so nobody has to ask where to meet.

    Email

    Design emails together

Several people can now work on the same email design at once and see each other's changes as they make them. No more sending drafts back and forth, and images can be dropped straight in.

    Email

Stay in control of email your AI sends

You can give an AI assistant its own email address so it can handle mail for you. Now you decide who it may write to, and you can have it check with you before anything goes out.

Relevate also watches what it reads and sends: suspicious mail is set aside, and a message that seems to contain a password is held until a person has looked at it.

    CRM

The CRM suggests your next step

Open a customer and the CRM now suggests what to do next, like following up after a meeting, so fewer conversations go quiet. You can also see who on your team has a meeting booked with them.

    Pages

Move your team's notes over in one go

Pages is where your team writes down what it knows. If those notes live in another tool today, you can now bring them all over at once instead of copying them page by page.

    Workspace

    Set up your brand once

Add your logo, colours and fonts in one place, and describe how you like to sound. Your emails, booking pages and status page all use it, so everything looks like your company without setting each one up.

    Workspace

    Organise people into teams

Put people into teams, like Sales or Support, and decide what each team can see and how much AI it can use. If your company has one login for all its tools, the teams can follow the groups you already have there. Included on every plan.

    Improvements

    Email

    • Sort your mail into folders and labels.
    • Get a nudge when someone hasn't replied yet.
    • Send an email to yourself first to check it before your contacts get it.
    • Write a reply now and have it sent later.

    Pages

    • Attach files to the rows of a table.
    • Your AI assistant can add files and images to your pages.

    Workspace

    • One list of everything waiting for you, including what your AI assistant needs you to approve.
    • Search more of Relevate from the quick menu.

    Workspace

Ask your AI assistant about your work

If you already use an AI chat app, you can now connect it to Relevate and ask it things like "what did we agree with this customer?" It reads your pages, contacts and mail to answer.

It only sees what you're allowed to see, and it asks before it changes anything.

    Workspace

    Help guides in one place

Step-by-step guides for every product now live at relevate.app/docs, from getting started to answers to common questions.

    Email

A new inbox that feels familiar

The inbox in Email is where you and your team answer the mail people send you. It now works like the email app you already use, and fills the whole screen.

If you look after more than one address, like support@ and your own, you can now read them together in one list.

    Improvements

    Email

    • Sending for the first time? Relevate walks you through setting up the address your mail comes from.
    • Email addresses that don't exist are caught when you add contacts, before you send to them.
    • People on your list can choose which kinds of email they want from you.

    Workspace

    See who changed what

Relevate now keeps a history of important changes in your workspace, like who invited someone or changed a setting, and when. Admins choose how long it's kept.

    Workspace

All your tools in one workspace

Email, CRM, Schedule, Status and Pages now share one workspace. Your team signs in once, everyone works from the same list of people, and one page shows what you're using and what it costs.

  7. October 7, 2026

    Schedule

Booking pages that look like you

Your booking page is the link you send people so they can pick a time with you. It can now carry your logo, colours and your own words, and the link shows a proper preview when you paste it into a chat or email.

  8. October 3, 2026

    Status

    Introducing Status

Status checks that your website and services are up, and tells you the moment they're not. When something breaks, post an update and your customers see it on your own status page, instead of emailing you to ask.

  9. October 2, 2026

    CRM

    Introducing the CRM

Keep track of the people and companies you work with: where each one stands, what you talked about and what you'll do next.

  10. September 20, 2026

    Email

    Introducing Email

Send newsletters and announcements to your contacts, set up emails that go out on their own (like a welcome when someone signs up), and answer replies together from a shared inbox.
